Our position

Arizet Labs is a technology company. We build and operate trading software, risk and analytics infrastructure, and skill-based contest platforms. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. We do not custody customer funds, execute trades on behalf of customers, or provide investment advice. Arizet | The Desk is our software platform combining proprietary trading tools, a simulated-trading environment, skill-based contests with cash prizes, and a rating-based competitive community. Cash prizes awarded through Desk contests are skill-based prize payouts, not trading profits, securities, or investment returns. Where members progress to opportunities involving real-money capital (including funded-account allocations and the Pool Manager track) those activities are operated by independent third-party firms under separate written agreements, not by Arizet Labs.

1. Who we are

Arizet Labs, LLC ("Arizet," "we," "us," or "our") is a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Arizet Labs is a technology company that builds and operates trading platforms, risk systems, behavioral analytics engines, skill-based contest platforms, and related software infrastructure.

We make this explicit because customers and regulators sometimes confuse companies in this space with very different kinds of businesses. We are not:

  • Not a broker-dealer. We do not execute trades against our own book, we do not hold customer funds, we do not route customer order flow, and we do not provide brokerage services. Where trading services are involved with products that connect to Arizet infrastructure, those services are provided by independent broker-dealer partners regulated in their own jurisdictions.
  • Not a proprietary trading firm. We do not sell "evaluation challenges," we do not allocate firm capital to traders, we do not operate funded accounts as a principal, and we do not pay trader profit splits on firm capital. Where funded-account programs are accessible through Arizet products, they are operated by independent third-party prop firms under separate agreements between those firms and the trader.
  • Not an exchange or alternative trading system. We do not match buy and sell orders between members, we do not operate a venue for securities transactions, and we do not list securities. Skill-based contests operated on our platforms are not securities transactions.
  • Not a registered investment adviser. We do not provide personalized investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell specific securities, or discretionary management of customer assets. Where members progress into capital-management opportunities (the Pool Manager track), those opportunities are operated by independent third-party firms holding the appropriate registrations for the activity in question.

What we do: build and operate trading software (A-Trader, Strategy Lab), behavioral analytics (the Trading Quality scoring engine), B2B infrastructure (A-Trader for Prop Firms, Prop-Tech CRM, Prop Risk), and a consumer software platform with a skill-based contest layer (Arizet | The Desk). We are an infrastructure, software, and contest-platform company.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using any Arizet product, service, website, or application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

3. Arizet | The Desk

Arizet | The Desk (the "Desk") is a software platform operated by Arizet Labs that combines four elements:

  • Software and analytics. Proprietary trading tools, behavioral analytics, performance journaling, and a Trader Rating engine that surfaces measurable trading skill.
  • A simulated-trading environment. Members trade demo accounts on which no real money is at risk and from which no real money is withdrawable.
  • Skill-based contests. Daily "Floor" sessions and tournaments in which members compete using their demo-trading performance over defined contest windows. Outcomes are determined by quantifiable skill criteria (including risk-adjusted return, behavioral signals, consistency, and discipline) not by chance.
  • A rating-based competitive community. Members earn ratings, tier promotions, and public-facing recognition based on documented contest results across time.

Important legal points about the Desk:

  • Demo accounts are simulated. They do not represent real trading. No real money is at risk on demo accounts, and no real money is withdrawable from them.
  • Subscription fees are software access licenses. Open / Junior / Pro / Elite / Master tier subscriptions are paid licenses for access to platform features, contest entry, and software tools. They are not investments, securities, or financial products.
  • Contest cash prizes are skill-based prize payouts. Where stated cash prizes apply to specific Floors or tournaments, those prizes are paid in real currency as contest payouts for skill-based outcomes, not as trading profits, securities, or investment returns. Cash prizes are subject to KYC verification, applicable tax withholding, and the contest rules in effect at the time of entry.
  • The Desk does not pool member capital. Subscription fees and contest entry fees become property of Arizet Labs under the applicable subscription or contest terms. They are not held in customer accounts and are not invested on behalf of members.
  • Funded-account opportunities are operated by third-party firms. Top-ranked Desk members may become eligible to be referred to independent third-party prop firms for funded-account opportunities. Any funded account is governed by a separate written agreement between the user and that third-party firm, holds the user accountable under that firm's rules, and is not operated, capitalized, or guaranteed by Arizet Labs.
  • The Pool Manager track is operated by third-party firms. Where a top-ranked Desk member qualifies for the Pool Manager track (managing capital contributed by other parties for performance-based compensation) that activity is operated under a separate written agreement with an independent third-party firm holding the appropriate registrations for the relevant jurisdiction (which may include investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or equivalent licensing). Arizet Labs does not custody member capital, does not act as the investment adviser of record, and does not guarantee Pool Manager performance.
  • Geographic eligibility. Contest cash prizes and tier subscriptions may be unavailable or restricted in certain jurisdictions where skill-based contest payouts, online competitions, or simulated-trading products are not permitted. Eligibility is determined at the time of entry and may change.

The Desk is a software platform and skill-based contest system intended to develop trading skill, recognize measurable skill progression, and create a competitive community of serious traders. It is not a vehicle for gambling, get-rich-quick schemes, or guaranteed financial returns. No outcome on the Desk constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
