Arizet Labs is a technology company. We build and operate trading software, risk and analytics infrastructure, and skill-based contest platforms. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. We do not custody customer funds or execute trades on customers' behalf. Arizet | The Desk is a software platform combining proprietary trading tools, a simulated-trading environment, skill-based contests with cash prizes, and a rating-based competitive community. Real-money activities (funded-account allocations and the Pool Manager track) are operated by independent third-party firms under separate written agreements, not by Arizet Labs.
This Privacy Policy describes how Arizet collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our products and services. It applies to all Arizet Services unless a specific product has its own privacy notice that supersedes this one.
Arizet operates through two entities, and the data controller depends on the service you use. For the consumer-facing Arizet | The Desk service, the data controller is Arizet Labs ME Limited, a company registered in Cyprus (Reg. No. HE 488153; registered office Panagias Trooditissis 11, Lakatamia, 2322, Nicosia, Cyprus). For Arizet's technology, infrastructure, and business products, the data controller is Arizet Labs, LLC (Atlanta Financial Center, 3343 Peachtree Rd NE, Ste. 145-448, Atlanta, GA 30326, USA). Where Arizet Labs, LLC provides the technology and infrastructure underlying The Desk, it does so as a processor acting on behalf of Arizet Labs ME Limited. In this policy, "Arizet," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the controller applicable to the service in question.

We share information only as described here:
We use third-party service providers for hosting, payments, KYC verification, analytics, communications, and similar operational functions. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function and are contractually obligated to protect it.
If you elect to pursue a funded-account opportunity operated by one of the independent third-party prop firms accessible through Arizet products, we will share relevant identification and trading-history information with that third-party firm to enable the funded-account relationship. This sharing is opt-in. It doesn't happen unless you proactively engage with a third-party firm's offering. The third-party firm becomes an independent controller of your information for purposes of operating that funded account, and is bound by its own privacy and regulatory framework.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Arizet, our users, or others.
We publish aggregated, anonymized data (industry research reports, blog posts citing trader statistics) that cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual user.
What we do not do: We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not allow trackers from advertising networks to follow you across the open web after you've used our Services.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period thereafter (typically 7 years) for compliance, financial reconciliation, and dispute resolution purposes. Some categories of data (aggregated trading statistics used in our research reports) are retained indefinitely in anonymized form.
