Coming Q4 2026 · Pipeline app 09

Your prop firm rules. Without breaking them.

Funded Trader Compliance watches every potential rule violation before it happens. Drawdown safety buffers. News-window lockouts. Position-size caps. Holiday holds. Multi-firm support. Pre-trade rule simulation. Built for funded traders who can't afford to blow another account on a technicality, and for prop firms who want institutional-grade compliance enforcement, not a 2018-era daily-loss-limit script.

Most funded accounts don't die from bad trades. They die from rule violations.

A trader who can hold profitable positions for weeks can lose an account in three seconds. By holding through a news event the firm forbids, by sizing one click bigger than the cap, by trading 60 seconds past the session close, by trailing a stop into a weekend hold window. Discretionary discipline is supposed to catch all of this. It mostly doesn't.

Most prop firm accounts die to violations, not to losing trades.

The reason is structural. Prop firm rules are dozens of items deep, written in plain English on a website, and trader compliance with them depends on remembering all of them, in the moment, while watching a chart. The cognitive load is wrong for the task. Compliance is a job for the platform, not for working memory. Funded Trader Compliance is what the platform does when it takes that job off your hands. Pre-trade simulation, live rule status, multi-firm support for traders running funded accounts at three firms simultaneously, and audit logs your prop firm can subscribe to directly.

One app. Two jobs.

Funded Trader Compliance serves the trader who has the funded account and the prop firm that gave it to them. The same rule engine, the same data, exposed differently to each side. Traders get protection. Prop firms get oversight.

For funded traders

Never lose an account to a technicality.

You passed the challenge. You're funded. Now keep the account. Funded Trader Compliance watches every rule your firm imposes, in real time, with pre-trade simulation, live buffer tracking, and proactive warnings before you do something the firm will close you for.

  • Pre-trade rule simulation: type a trade, see if it passes every rule before you click
  • Live drawdown buffers, daily and total, updating tick-by-tick
  • News-event lockouts auto-applied for tier-1 economic releases
  • Position-size caps enforced before order entry, not after
  • Weekend / holiday hold checks before the close
  • Multi-firm mode: trade three funded accounts at three firms with one dashboard
  • Optional hard locks: prevent the click that would breach a rule
For prop firms

Real-time compliance, across your funded base.

The compliance side most firms enforce post-hoc. After the rule break, after the trader is upset, after the account is dead. Funded Trader Compliance moves enforcement upstream: pre-trade for the trader, real-time for the firm. Audit trails on every interaction. Subscribe via API; integrate with your existing CRM.

  • Live compliance dashboard across all funded traders on A-Trader
  • Per-trader rule configuration via API or in-platform
  • Audit logs of every rule check, breach attempt, and warning fired
  • Configurable enforcement: soft warnings, hard locks, or hybrid
  • Bulk rule updates per pool, cohort, or individual
  • Anti-gaming heuristics layered on top. Sophisticated pattern detection
  • Integrated with Prop Depot CRM; available via API for existing CRMs

What it does, specifically.

Pre-trade simulation

Type a hypothetical trade. The platform tells you instantly whether it would breach any rule. Daily DD, total DD, position size, news window, instrument lockout, session timing. Catches violations before they enter the order book.

Live buffer tracking

Tick-by-tick computation of how much room you have left on every rule. Daily DD buffer. Total DD buffer. Session time remaining. News window proximity. All visible in one panel, all the time.

News-event lockouts

Tier-1 economic releases auto-flagged. Configurable lockout window (default 3 min before / 1 min after). Optional hard prevent. Calendar synced from major data vendors. Customizable per firm rule set.

Multi-firm support

One dashboard for traders running funded accounts at multiple firms simultaneously. Each firm's rules tracked independently. Aggregate position view across firms. Per-firm compliance status at a glance.

Configurable enforcement

Soft warnings only? Hard locks? Hybrid? Your choice. Most traders run hybrid. Soft for warnings, hard for the rules that end accounts. Prop firms can override and require hard locks on critical rules for their funded traders.

Audit trail

Every rule check, warning, breach attempt, and lockout logged with timestamps and pre-trade context. Exportable to CSV, accessible via API. Prop firms get read access to their traders' logs; disputes get resolved with data instead of guesswork.

No firm has been left out. Almost.

01
Connect your funded account

Pick your prop firm from a list of 80+ pre-configured firms. FundedNext, FTMO, MyForexFunds, The5%ers, Topstep, Apex, plus the rest. Account rules auto-loaded from the firm's published rule set. Edit any rule manually if your specific program differs.

02
Trade normally

The compliance layer runs in the background. Pre-trade simulation on every order ticket. Live buffer panel always visible. Warnings before violations. Optional hard locks if you've configured them. Trade exactly as you would; the platform watches the rules.

03
Keep the account

The accounts you keep compound. The accounts you lose to technicalities cost you the buy-in and the payout. Compliance is the cheapest insurance in trading, and it scales with how many funded accounts you run, which is the whole point.

Shipping in stages. Q4 2026.

Compliance tools are particularly dangerous to ship half-finished. False negatives cost traders their accounts. We roll out in stages, with the most-requested firms supported first and the most-critical rules enforced first.

Discretionary discipline is overrated. Platform discipline isn't.
