About Arizet Labs · Founded 2016

We build the infrastructure
underneath modern trading.

Not another broker. Not another prop firm. The trading infrastructure company powering the platforms, risk systems, and execution engines that other serious operators run on.

Atlanta-based. Team across Atlanta, NYC, Toronto, and Yerevan. Roughly $40B+ in monthly volume processes through systems we built and operate, for partners across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. The full Arizet stack (Prop-Tech CRM, A-Trader, and A-Connect) is live and operational across startup, small, and big prop firm clients. Eight consecutive years of profitable operation.

Our story

Built on broken systems we were paid to fix.

Arizet wasn't born in a pitch deck. It came together when a small team, with combined experience across Wharton MBA, McKinsey, institutional client support, and theoretical physics and math, left traditional finance for the prop trading world, and immediately ran into a category of risk problems that every other vendor in the space had failed to solve.

What started as one engagement to fix one firm's payout leakage compounded over five years into a complete infrastructure stack. Risk system first. Then the operating system. Then the trader platform and execution engine. Then a prop firm consultancy that codified everything we'd learned. And, more recently, the convergence: Prop Depot and the Desk, where everything we built underneath finally faces the prop firm operator and the trader directly, reimagining what the future of the category actually looks like.

01Risk

Where it beganWhen everyone else gave up.

A top-5 prop firm came to us with a problem nobody else could solve: toxic trading patterns were exploding their payouts, and every risk vendor and white-label provider they'd tried had failed. We didn't sell them software off a shelf. We built them what they actually needed. That engagement became the foundation of everything Arizet does today, and the reason our risk thinking is institutional-grade rather than retail-grade.

02Scale

What we proved nextOne hundred million trades.

The systems we built had to process close to 100 million trades in real-time environments. Full institutional-grade APIs. Complete Risk Management Systems. The kind of infrastructure that doesn't blink under load, and stays maintainable while everything around it is changing. Most retail-side prop tech is built for a small fraction of that volume. Ours had to work at scale or not at all.

03OS

Then we went upstreamThe CRM that wasn't a CRM.

Prop firms didn't need another CRM bolted onto their operations. They needed an operating system designed around how prop firms actually work. Pools, Competitions, live rule engines, lifecycle automation, real-time event sourcing, multi-program management. The HubSpot-plus-spreadsheets approach was always a workaround. We built the thing the category had been waiting for.

04A-Trader · A-Connect

Then we went toward the traderTwo years. Millions of dollars. Eyes on every detail.

Then we went the other direction. Two years of focused engineering and millions of dollars of investment produced A-Trader, the next-generation trading platform, and A-Connect, the execution engine and bridge underneath it. The trader-facing capstone of everything we'd learned upstream from risk, scale, and operations.

05Convergence

Why it matters todayReimagining the future of prop trading.

All of it converges into what we're building now. Prop Depot. The full-stack partnership that bundles every piece above into one engagement for prop firm founders and operators. And the Desk. The consumer-facing competitive trading ecosystem that becomes the talent pipeline feeding the entire prop firm category. Deep tech expertise, quant-professional and institutional-grade systems APIs, and brokerage-class risk management: each one is rare on its own. Together in a single company, that's the story of how Arizet ended up here.

What the team brings

Four disciplines, one company.

Most prop tech vendors come from one of these disciplines and try to fake the others. Arizet was put together by people who actually came from each of these worlds, brought their respective playbooks, and built one system on top of all four.

Discipline 01

Technology

Trading platform engineering, execution systems, real-time event architectures, and the day-to-day systems work that turns ideas into production infrastructure handling billions in monthly volume.

Discipline 02

Equity research

Institutional buy- and sell-side research backgrounds. The discipline of building rigorous, defensible analytical frameworks. Applied here to trader assessment, risk modeling, and the methodology underneath the Trading Quality engine.

Discipline 03

Client service

Years of institutional client support. The operational craft of running real customer relationships at scale, the kind that translates directly into how Arizet partners with prop firms and supports the Desk community.

Discipline 04

Math & quant

Theoretical physics and applied mathematics. The science layer underneath the patent-pending detection signals, the behavioral analytics, and the quantitative methods that make Arizet's risk and analytics infrastructure work.

What we are and aren't

We're an infrastructure company. Not a broker. Not a prop firm.

The category we operate in has a lot of similar-looking businesses doing genuinely different things. Worth being clear about what we are and aren't.

What we are
A technology company.

We build trading platforms, risk systems, analytics engines, and execution infrastructure. Our customers are traders (consumer), prop firms (B2B), and asset managers (institutional). We sell software and infrastructure, not trading services.

What we are not
A broker.

We don't hold customer funds. We don't execute trades against our own book. We don't route order flow for payment. Where real-money trading is involved, it happens through independent third-party brokers regulated in their own jurisdictions, not through Arizet Labs.

What we are not
A prop firm.

We don't sell evaluation challenges. We don't fund traders. We don't operate funded accounts. Arizet | The Desk is a software platform and skill-based contest system. Trading inside it happens on demo accounts, and cash prizes are skill-based payouts. Where members progress to funded-account opportunities or the Pool Manager track, those activities are operated by independent third-party firms holding the appropriate registrations, not by Arizet Labs.

Where we are

Let's talk infrastructure.

For traders: meet us through the Desk. For operators and institutional partners: a 60-minute diagnostic call with the team is usually the right first step.
